Detailed description:

• Airless dispensing system 30 ml with a white, glossy container and a silver metallized, glossy cap.
• This airless dispenser is delivered in two parts. The container with an integrated piston and the valve head with already mounted overcap.
• This airless dispensing system is a topfill system. That means that the piston is already inside the container and will be filled from top. After being filled the valve head with overcap will be pushed on the container.
• Airless dispensers should be filled more than the nominal volume. You should be oriented close to the maximum filling volume. If the dispenser is filled with the nominal volume, creates a small air gap between the filling material and the bottom of the dispenser head, additional pump strokes would be required to bring the airless dispensing system in an operational state.
• Please note that airless dispensers are only for products with a viscosity of from about 1,000 to 70,000 mPas. It is therefore advisable to check the correct viscosity before bottling!
• In airless systems, the product is isolated from the air. That's why airless dispensing systems permit manufacturers to discontinue the use of preservatives – therefore airless dispensers are the right packaging system for organic cosmetics.
• Airless dispensers are perfectly drainable.
