Airless Dispensers & Airless Bottles
Airless dispensers are popular as a modern, hygienic and durable packaging solution, especially for high-quality cosmetic products. An airless bottle or airless dispenser is a type of packaging designed to preserve better your cosmetic products. The airless bottle limits the product's exposure to air and therefore ensures better hygiene.
Packari airless bottles help reduce preservatives and packaging waste, making it practical and eco-friendly. It's part of a sustainable approach.
At Packari, you can choose from three categories of airless bottles: metallic, standard, or luxury. Each category offers different options to suit your needs. Choose the type of bottle that best fits your requirements. The airless bottle and its variants have many other advantages — let's discuss them.
Airless Dispenser: What Are the Advantages of an Airless Dispenser?
Thanks to the airless dispenser, we can extend our product's life and properties. With its mechanism, the pumping process of the Airless dispenser creates a vacuum that pulls a piston in the container towards the pump. This results in almost complete residual emptying.
The dispenser therefore needs no hose and remains fully functional, even when the pump is held down. These and other advantages make the Airless dispenser a popular packaging option for cosmetics.
Airless Dispenser Is Efficient for Organic and Natural Cosmetics
Airless bottles keep air and germs out of products, preventing oxidation and contamination. This greatly extends shelf life compared to a simple jar or tube.
The great advantage of Airless bottles is that they prevent the ambient air, and therefore harmful components such as oxygen (oxidation!), germs or fungal spores, from penetrating the product. This greatly extends shelf life compared to a simple jar or tube. Airless pump bottles can therefore be considered ideal packaging for natural and organic cosmetics, which require little or no preservatives.
Airless bottles marked SC (“self-closing”) have a self-closing opening. This protects high-quality products such as creams, make-up and lotions from drying out and from environmental influences.
The sealed opening keeps the product from drying out or molding, even if it hasn't been used for a long time.
